Fuller’s intensive outpatient program is designed to support skills development through our diverse therapeutic approaches. The setting offers more flexible meeting schedules and supports those needing less intensive care than daily partial programs. You may step down to our IOP after completing one of our partial hospitalization programs. Or you may enter the program directly if you need treatment that is more intensive than traditional therapy.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

In addition to general health and wellness aims, such as finding life-work balance, there other support sessions and learning opportunities within the intensive outpatient plan, which may include:

  • Coping with depression, anxiety and mood issues
  • Trauma and adjustment to life transitions
  • Family and relationship issues
  • Skill development and self-care
  • Substance use and recovery
  • Techniques for effective communication
  • Understanding and coping with anger

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy
  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Program Hours
