Adult Mental Health Treatment
Inpatient services focus on crisis stabilization using a multidisciplinary team treatment approach. This approach uses group therapy, skills building and recreation and relaxation activities to treat patients for psychiatric, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders.
Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed to support skills development through diverse therapeutic approaches. The setting offers more flexible meeting schedules and supports those needing less intensive care than daily programs. You can also step down to IOP after completing one of our partial hospitalization programs.
Less restrictive than inpatient, the partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term (2+ week) program which runs Monday through Friday from 9 am – 2 pm. PHP offers a welcoming space to engage in group therapy, medication evaluation, personalized treatment and safety planning, meetings with clinicians and aftercare planning.
PHP has multiple tracks allowing participants to find the best fit for their healing journey.
